Newly launched in July, this lightweight runner boasts high-tech performance that combines features from Adidas’ fan favourites: Agravic Speed Ultra 2 and Adizero Evo SL. While it's designed for trail running, it's not too bulky or sporty to wear with a regular fit in the city. I wear mine straight from the office to the bar (with the right outfit).
When I first try them on, I'm amazed by how soft and springy the adidas Lightstrike Pro midsole feels. It's like walking on two marshmallows. And with the rocker design that raises the toe and heel of the shoe, it feels like with every step, it's propelling me forward to take another one. Taking them out for a trail run in the park is just as comfortable. The grippy Continental™ rubber outsole has great traction on the uneven ground where I have to dodge roots jutting out and loose dogs underfoot.
